I offer one-on-one private coaching for bariatric patients who want to combine a personalised nutrition plan with ongoing one-on-one support to work towards a particular goal.

This option is for those who want personalized help applying nutrition guidelines, meal planning, and lifestyle habits in real life — with guidance, feedback, and problem-solving support as habits take shape and challenges arise in real time.

Private Coaching requires a 3-month commitment, and includes: ongoing real-time support (monthly calls, weekly email check-ins, and ongoing text messaging support between sessions). It guides you towards a set goal you identify as a priority.

Rather than giving you rigid rules or a fixed meal plan to follow, my coaching focuses on helping you learn how to plan for yourself in a way that feels flexible, sustainable, and realistic for your life.

How it works:

After enrolling, you’ll complete a detailed intake form, so I can understand your current situation, preferences, and goals.

I’ll start by creating a customized recipe collection and flexible meal planning framework tailored to you. From there, we’ll focus on applying it in real life — building plans, adjusting as needed, and working through challenges as they come up.

I will also provide a customised nutrition & lifestyle plan with key recommendations specific to your identified goal.

Over the next three months, our work together will help you develop confidence and skills as you move toward the goal we’ve set, in a step-by-step fashion. Each month we will audit your progress and set mini goals.
