Scope of Services

Eat Bari Well provides nutrition education, personalized nutrition guidance, meal planning support, and lifestyle guidance for individuals navigating obesity treatment and long-term weight management, including bariatric surgery, weight-management medications and diet or lifestyle modification.

Services may include personalized nutrition assessments, digital products, meal plans and recipes, one-on-one support, group programs, and educational resources.

Eat Bari Well does not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.

Non-Medical Disclaimer

Information and services provided by Eat Bari Well are for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care.

You are responsible for consulting with your physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions, medications, supplements, or treatment decisions.

Eat Bari Well does not replace your healthcare team and does not coordinate or communicate with medical providers on your behalf.

Client Responsibility

By using Eat Bari Well services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions, actions, and outcomes.

No Guarantees

Eat Bari Well makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results related to weight, health, nutrition, treatment outcomes, or other individual goals.

Results vary based on individual circumstances, health factors, behaviours, and other factors outside the control of Eat Bari Well.

Payments and Purchases

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required at the time of purchase for digital products, services, or programs. Payment plans, when offered, must be completed according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to complete payment plans may result in suspension or termination of access to services.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of services and the immediate access provided for digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed services, or for any digital downloads or online programs.

Nutrition Audit

Refunds are available until your completed intake questionnaire and food diary have been submitted. Once your intake has been received, your Nutrition Audit is considered in progress and is no longer eligible for a refund.

If no intake questionnaire has been submitted, a refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Your Nutrition Audit must be initiated within 90 days of purchase by submitting your completed intake questionnaire and food diary. Purchases not initiated within this timeframe will expire and are not eligible for a refund.

Private Coaching

Refunds for Private Coaching may be requested within 30 days of purchase, provided your first coaching session has not yet taken place.

Once your first coaching session has taken place, your coaching service is considered in progress and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Private Coaching must be initiated within 90 days of purchase. Coaching services not initiated within this timeframe will expire and are not eligible for a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through Eat Bari Well, including text, videos, recipes, meal plans, worksheets, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of Eat Bari Well.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or redistributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eat Bari Well shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or services.

This includes, but is not limited to, health outcomes, adverse reactions, treatment-related outcomes, or reliance on information provided.

Eat Bari Well may use third-party platforms or provide links to external websites.

Eat Bari Well is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
